When will my order be shipped and delivered? Your order will typically be shipped a few days after payment. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress. The average delivery time is 4-10 weeks, but please note that shipping times may vary. While we cannot provide exact delivery dates or guarantee delivery times, you can track your package until it reaches you. We are here to help you throughout the process.

Can I change the shipping address for my order? Generally, shipping addresses cannot be modified once the order has been placed. It is crucial to double-check the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. In some cases, changes may be possible within the first 12 hours of placing your order. Contact an admin or our help email immediately if you have any concerns. Once the order is processed with the seller, changing the shipping address becomes increasingly difficult. It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address, and any delivery errors resulting from an incorrect address should be resolved by contacting the respective post offices or parties at the wrong address. The seller will only assume responsibility if the mistake is theirs, not if it is the buyer's.

What payment methods are accepted? We only accept PayPal as a method of payment. You can use any debit or credit card through the PayPal portal, whether you have a PayPal account or choose to use PayPal as a guest.

How can I track my package? We recommend using the China Post website or the international tracking platform 17track.net for reliable tracking information. Please note that tracking details may not be available until your order passes initial customs inspections, which can vary in duration. This is a normal part of the process, and once your package is processed, you will receive updates through the tracking methods mentioned above. For jewelry and small accessories, tracking information may only become available shortly before delivery.

What is your refund and return policy? Please be aware that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances. This policy is clearly stated in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service. Once payment is made, cancellations cannot be processed. We advise you to carefully consider your purchase decision before making payment.
